Before embarking on any voyage of discover and experimentation, it's a good idea to reflect on, and document, where we are now, and what we'd like to explore on our adventure. Before embarking on new self-compassion journey, it's a great idea to take some notes and even share our reflections to help get a sense of what's working for us, what's not working, what we'd like to do differently, and what kind of outcomes we hope for.
