Hello dear ones
I am so happy that you are here! Thank you for joining me in HeartWorks Nourishing Practice Mini-Course. I really appreciate this wonderful act of self-compassion you have done, in joining us here.
This offering is set up in response to you wanting support for your home mindfulness, self-compassion and spiritual practice.
The lectures listed in this course are offered in sequential order, but you can follow the material in whatever order suits you because each lecture touches on a different part of personal practice that can be appreciated on its own. Having said that, following the material in the order it is presented will give you a nice flow, and a way to track your practice focus. You might like to aim to explore one lecture per week - the idea is that this journey is a slow and integrated one, one where you are enlivened but not overwhelmed.
This mini-course gives you a taste of what is in the 39-lecture Nourishing Practice course. If you like what you learn in the mini-course, I'd love to see you in the 39-lecture course. Until December 31, 2016, I'm offering that course for $39 (after that it goes up to $99). I'd love to see you there!
I am very open to feedback and suggestions about the material on this site. This is a work in progress, just as our practice is.
Thank you again, dear ones, for joining me here. I feel honored to be walking with you, and I'll do whatever I can to support your practice.
