Hello dear ones
I am so happy that you are here! Thank you for joining me in HeartWorks Nourishing Practice. I really appreciate this wonderful act of self-compassion you have done, in joining us here.
This offering is set up in response to you wanting support for your home mindfulness, self-compassion and spiritual practice.
The lectures in this course are offered in sequential order, but you can follow the material in whatever order suits you because each lecture touches on a different part of personal practice that can be appreciated on its own. Having said that, following the material in the order it is presented will give you a nice flow, and a way to track your practice focus. You might like to aim to explore one lecture per week - the idea is that this journey is a slow and integrated one, one where you are enlivened but not overwhelmed.
I am a solid mindfulness and self-compassion practitioner myself, and I am very open to feedback and suggestions about the material on this site. This is a work in progress, just as our practice is.
Thank you again, dear ones, for joining me here. I feel honored to be walking with you, and I'll do whatever I can to support your practice.
